I was about to get a mold inspection at my apartment cuz of shortness of breath

…BUT MY TROUBLE BREATHING WAS CAUSED BY NICOTINE?!? 🤯

This is the wildest thing I’ve learned from quitting. I have asthma that’s well-controlled and it’s been flaring up in the form of shortness of breath over the last few weeks. I really thought it must be some unseen mold problem lurking in my walls. What’s the mechanism behind nicotine causing shortness of breath?

I am on exactly 48 hours off all nicotine/pouches and my breathing is so much better it’s crazy.
