How good is my running progress going? Started July 27th.

I started running after not being active for 2 1/2 years (no runs and no workouts) and this is how it’s been going (below is a list of every single run I’ve done since I’ve started running up until today)

Don’t get the times wrong, every single run has been hard, I was almost puking and passing out from my first run but looking back I am honestly so proud of how fast I’ve become and far I have been able to run!! I know it’s not that great or as far as a marathon but I am proud of myself for coming so close to a goal I never thought I’d be able to do, well at least not be able to do this year or next year, but here we are 12 seconds away from it (sub 25min 5k). My goal for August of next year is to be doing a sub 18min 5k and being able to run a half marathon to hopefully get onto a college track team… 🫣

Any and all tips to improve are welcome as I’ve honestly just been running at random 😂 I haven’t been feeling sore and don’t feel any pain in my legs or lungs or heart and feel better than ever. I am gunna start hitting the gym to hopefully start improving further too.
