Automate Fairy Dust Question

I noticed theres and option for min minutes for fairy dust and was wondering if anyone knew how it works. Is it in game minutes or real minutes.

Basically I want to see if I can use it to make it so that fairy dust i have in the chest automatically makes gold wine iridium, skipping the 28 days for gold to iridium, but I dont want it to waste dust on the first few aging processes.

Thanks in advance.
