Constructive criticism is welcome but please be kind I am in a vulnerable space.

I've been very, very depressed for the past few weeks, and because of that I regrettably let my millipedes suffer. I'm finally feeling a little better and now that I'm in a better headspace I couldn't let my millipedes be neglected any longer. They were in a bin that wasn't suitable for their current size and it didn't have enough soil/food. I still have a few things in the mail coming, but even now it's a big improvement. I also added MUCH more ventilation along the top and sides. The old one was getting mushrooms due to the lack of ventilation and the over moisture. They now have more soil than they are long as well, so they can molt in peace. All organic soil, no pesticides or fertilizer. Mostly just worm castings, rotten hard wood, and regular soil. I added in some leaf litter as well but I'll need to buy or make some more. I also have some cork bark coming for a hide. And I still need to sanitize the rocks from their old enclosure and their regular water dish. But I have big plans to deck out their new enclosure.

I was checking out the mils And they don't seem injured or sick, they're all happily exploring and eating the bug jelly with fish food that I put out as an apology.

I was feeling a lot of shame from my neglect, rightfully so. But I'm glad I could finally conquer my shame and do right by my beloved pets.
