Merit pool sharing between APS

I am hoping for any information regarding the process and timeline for sharing a merit pool between agencies. Would love it if you have experience with this for yourself or being in recruitment.

I was offered a position with my current agency (agency A) after advising I was merit pooled with agency B. I was advised they can pull me from the merit pool but need to seek approval from agency B to access the merit pool. Agency A submitted the request 2.5 weeks ago and still nothing…
