Hugo's philosophy was actually very interesting, I just think it was executed a bit poorly

SpoilerManga Discussion

Lemme back up coz ik many people will most likely disagree with me here. We all know what our boi's philosophy is: people should aim for things they're suitable and destined for (forgive me if I didn't say it correctly lol). Now comes how it was delivered to us.

Idk I think kaneshiro made Hugo a huge yappatron while trying to explain his philosophy, and yes, it feels like more yapping than teddy atm (I'm excluding isagi coz bro's probably the number one yapper lol). I just wish the yapping was toned down a tiny bit, and more action was shown instead. Very weird thing to discuss, I know.

The France match itself has its fair share of issues as well: Rin's character assassination, how Japan somehow managed to almost tie with the best U-20 team in the world, and how Hugo got cucked during his first introduction instead of their rematch (ffs man ts pmo the most); yes it doesn't really matter if he managed to block isagi for 90 mins, but even at flow Hugo lost to isagi, coz kaneshiro is too chicken to make isagi lose for some fucking reason.

And now england, a team France beat earlier, managed to cuck blue lock during the first half way better than France, and mind u teddy ain't even in flow yet... Narratively it makes no sense because if teddy's actually that good, even better than Hugo, how on earth did they lose against France? If kaneshiro hadn't made england so op during the first half, and actually made Japan lose catastrophically against France, it would've been fixed. But that's just my opinion. Feel free to disagree if u want. That's all
