EY GDS PH Hiring Timeline

hello! i had my final interview for a resource manager role 3 weeks ago, and last 2 weeks ago i received an email asking me to fill out an application form and to provide my previous compensation benefits. i never received any updated after that, i followed up yesterday but there was no response. i js wanna ask how long should i wait for an update? i already have a pending offer w another company, and while i prefer the position offered by EY, i need to start working already.

should i still wait for EY? is an offer guaranteed after they asked for those deets? or should i just accept the JO from another company? thank you!
