HELP PLEASE

i’m 18, 5’7 and about 150 lbs. there is something stuck in my eye. it feels like my eye is being scratched every time i blink and its starting to freak me out. i just put it under a sink faucet and tried to flush it for 3 minutes. what can i do next? im a student and i don’t have a car- help!!
