Lexus ES350fsport

I’m currently looking at a Lexus es350 f sport. Based out of Kansas City. The car has around 110k miles and is priced around $24,000. It had 3 previous owners, service records every 5k miles, and just got around $7500 worth of maintenance done to it by the Lexus dealership it’s at. Me personally from looking at the market and how these cars are priced it seems like a fair deal to me. Mentioned it to my fam and brother and they are dumbfounded at the thought of spending 24k on a car with “that many miles and 3 owners”. Also been told that “a dealer would sell a car that is junk that could break down in a month” so I need to get it checked before purchasing it. Really confused where to go and if these things I’m being told have any validity or they are just ramblings of people who haven’t had the best experiences buying used cars?
