3x 4K Apple TVs stuck in recovery

I have three 4K Apple TVs, which all seem to have gone into recovery mode overnight.

I have tried doing a system update/restore using my iPhone 17 Pro Max and it fails and returns to recovery

Selecting exit recovery fails also

So I’m stuck with three bricks at the moment

Any suggestions?
