Why was Kevin Love so bad in the 2018 playoffs?

i apparently forgot just how awful Kevin Love was in the 2018 playoffs. he had 8 games shooting below 35% (10 below 39%) vs only 4 games above 50%. some of them can be explained by a large % of his shots coming from 3, but not as many as you’d expect. he still has 8 games under 40% efg%

this is obviously with some lack luster defense.

I actually like Kevin love but did I forget some context here? o
