Need suggestion on riding solo or getting a co founder

I am a developer who started building full stack applications 8 years back during college days. I have done my share of freelancing and have been doing stable job in Industry from past 7 years.

Started this application (CRM category) to help a friend in hometown, found 3 other clients, sold offline applications to all of them. Thought of building it as SAAS because everyone now wants access to their data all the time on their phone. As a developer there was nothing to stop me, and with AI tools handy, created this Feature Rich Market Ready application in 6 months. From Security to Data Integrity everything checked and tested. Did QA for 1 month. Had two interns to validate, test and update code.

Had to move between cities for personal reasons and shifted to Pune now. Current situation - 0 paying client, Unable to get a single client from own contacts and getting no time to go out and make connections (office work & personal reasons).

Need Advice

Should I actively look for a co-founder who can help me in sales or should I wait till I get some clients on my own (may be it will take 3 more months).

About the App - It's nothing new, it's an already proven CRM tool which needs no new introduction but because of my lack of capability & confidence in selling, I have not gotten any client.
