Has anyone used their air fryer for proofing?
I was using my Air Fryer today and noticed that it had a 'Proof' setting. On the one hand I'm excited because I sometimes struggle with proofing bread, but on the other I don't know if this is a good idea. Has anyone used a proof setting on an air fryer before?
Here is the Air Fryer in question: https://cosori.com/products/turboblaze%E2%84%A2-6-0-quart-air-fryer-cream?variant=50756603019573&country=US¤cy=USD
According to the cooking chart in the manual (also in the link above), the proof setting default is 90F/30C and the default time is 1 hr. However, it can go up to 110F/45C if needed.
Thoughts?
