Pea sized lump right on the border of anus, that becomes visible when I poop. PLEASE HELP.

I had my fissure surgery/ LIS at age 22 F

But since then I’ve ALWAYS had lump like swelling (never bled or had puss) around the line of anus and it pains when I sit (all the time)

What is it? Can I get a fistula or is it haemorrhoid?

when I poop the lump becomes visible (it’s pea sized) usually the pain is terrible just before my periods or whhen I sit for more than 10-20mins. Never had bleeding or any kind of puss.

And when I relieve that area from pressure.. by sleeping 6-8hours on my stomach…so the pressure is complete gone from that area…then I’ll wake up pain free. But that lingering pain is ALWAYS THERE.

Also when it pain it is mostly pinching feeling/ soreness and the pain goes till my butt cheeks

Is it a FISTULA or just a haemorrhoid. PLEASE HELPP.

Also I’m scared that if in future I get pregnant, things down there will get worse. ( never been pregnant)

But these thoughts are killing me. Im overthinking a lot. Due which im having anxiety and due to which my heart feels heavy and I feel difficult to breathe.

Sometimes I feel getting LIS was my worst decision ever. Because the pain is worse.

I’ve heard usually women get haemorrhoids during their pregnancy or they are constipated

Anybody who had their fissure surgery before being pregnant and had fissure/haemorrhoid free pregnancy?
