Baby refuse nap at daycare

Baby has been to daycare a month + now. Other than 1x two hours nap he had on the second week, he has only been able to do 10 minutes nap on teachers for the rest of the time. I feel lie this is going to be bad for his brain development

He’s 11 months old and usually take 2 naps at home but both contact nap (he wakes up once he touches the cot/ bed)

Anyone has had similar situation previously? How do you deal with little to no nap at daycare?
