Should NFL defenses just absolutely rock a QB at the start of the game to set the tone? [SERIOUS]

SpoilerDiscussion

With the controversy surrounding Chop Robinson's hit on Patrick Mahomes this past week it got me thinking, is a 15 yard penalty worth it for the defense if it puts the fear of God into the opponent's QB?

Last night Eagles QB Jalen Hurts got smacked hard going out of bounds by Bears' defender D'Marco Jackson. Bears got a 15 yard penalty and Hurts had to come out of the game for concussion protocol leading to Dalton throwing an INT in the endzone. After this something interesting I noticed is Hurts played safe the rest of the game. Hurts was fast to slide and not take any risks.

Both Robinson's and Jackson's hit were penalized, but while Robinson genuinely tried to ease up and preform a legal tackle Robinson simply hit Hurts right in the mouth and in the end the results were extremely different. I know it's been said before, and I'm sure some people think I'm trolling, but isn't the NFL almost encouraging defenses to really lay into a QB at the start of a game if it means completely shaking their mentality for the rest of it? Is a 15 yard penalty not worth it if it changes a QBs play style for the rest of the game?

I'm sure some people will call this "evil" or "unsportsmanlike," but like it or not hurting the opposing team is apart of this game. Will we see more NFL defenses just not giving a fuck and taking the 15 yard penalty if it means shaking a QB's confidence?
