Anyone else get ghosted by Steve?

Back in April I ordered 2 VSF yacht masters with the blue face from the one watches. I was being very patient with him checking in every month or two and he keeps saying that the factory hasn’t released the watches to him. I recently reached out to him again a week ago and it’s just been radio silence. Anyone experience something like this? Seems like almost everyone has had a good experience with this TD except me. It’s very disappointing because I chose this TD specifically because of all the overwhelmingly positive reviews.
