How the actual fuck do you sign into twitter

I press sign in with Google and it brings me to create an account, type my name, my age, etc type in a password and it says my email is already associated with an account...so why the FUCK is it bringing me to create one??? Go to support and they REQUIRE my username, I dont fucking know thats why im trying to sign in with Google I dont use this shit app 😑 so I can't sign in bc it wants me to sign up, can't sign up because it says I already did, and can't reach out to support because it wants a username I dont even know. Jesus christ twitter fix your bullshit please
