Property vs AI, Which Career Path Should I Choose?

Hey everyone, I'm moving into university soon and, I’m stuck between doing a Bachelor of Property Economics or a Bachelor of Artificial Intelligence.

I’m interested in both degrees, but I’m trying to choose one based on the actual careers and what the industries are like.

For property, I’m interested in things like asset management, property valuation, property analysis and development. I like the idea of eventually having a management role, good income, and some flexibility/WFH.

For AI, I’m interested in problem solving, software and technology, and I know the industry is growing, but I’m unsure about job security, competition and what the work-life balance is actually like.

I'm more worried about the comparison betweent the two careers and which one would've been a better investment in 5-10 years time.between

• How is the industry/job market currently?
• What are the hours and work-life balance like?
• How easy is it to find graduate jobs?
• What’s the long-term salary/career progression like?
• How much flexibility/WFH is there?
• Would you choose the same degree again?

I’m mainly looking for advice from people with actual experience in these fields rather than just general opinions.
