Is the entire working life too long to do all these?
There are many jobs that i am interested in. Initially i am interested in being a video producer and counsellor. But i only can get into nursing and IT courses for my o level results so i ended up studying IT in poly. Then i became interested in web development
I started working as a software developer right after polytechnic. Then resign and end up taking a part time degree and totally not working. If i didn’t get pressured, i have other paths that i could have taken:
Could have continue working as a software developer then switch to web developer then see if i am really interested in the social service industry and switch while taking a part time degree
If not i could also work as a software developer while then quit and work part time as a barista and admin because recently i am interested in being a barista but my mum don’t let me and i find it cool being a front desk officer, then after that i can work full time as a web developer and maybe switch to the social service industry if i am interested while taking a part time degree
If not i could also work as a software developer then quit and work part time as a barista and admin and in the social service industry then after that i can work full time as a web developer while taking a part time degree
If not i could work as a software developer and try to apply for full time degree until i can get in then work part time as a barista and admin while i am in full time uni then i can be a web developer and maybe do a career switch to the social service industry afterwards
I feel like if i didn’t get pressured to resign, i could have completed it all within 5 years because i don’t have much jobs that i am interested in, only barista, admin, web developer and social service
I also have goals such as having a list of places that i want to go, put braces, things to buy, skills that i want to learn and i could have completed it all within 3 years if i wasn’t pressured to resign
