Is it looked upon negatively to get a B in anatomy (postbac) med school?

Context. Had a 3.4 in undergrad, non-science major. Did a postbac (took Gen chem gen bio at cc due to cost) got A’s, then took some at a formal postbac. Got A’s. I didn’t want to pay extra in the postbac due to cost purposes, so I decided to take anatomy at cc (I know it’s not needed but recommended) but got a B. The course was so sporadic and disorganized… but it is what is. My question is if this looks bad ?
