Question Regarding Frame Generation Artifacts

Hey everyone. Loving the game so far. So I noticed this weird thing happening. I think it might be from frame generation but I'm really not too sure. I'm getting this weird swimming/warping looking effect on the bottom of my screen when I run. I'm pretty sure it's from FSG. Even at 2 X it does it. I noticed the same thing happened in Alan Wake 2 around the edges of lighting from the flashlight. I've done a variety different mixture of settings. Using dlss quality right now. Dropped it down to performance. I've turned things from low to ultra. Back down to low. I've tried a bunch. Just wondering though if anybody else has noticed anything similar. New PC gamer btw
