My game decided to corrupt my saves

so I decided to get back into fallout 4. And I start grinding and I was on it 24/7 basicall, well I ended up racking up 3 whole days on the game, when I go to try and kill one of the add on bosses, my game freezes (thinking it was just my Xbox one being laggy) I decided to exit and restart my Xbox, well… not the best decision, the game decided to corrupt my save file, all of them so I have to start a new game completely.
