Too much Tylenol? Concern

I’ve been taking Tylenol for the past 2-3 days for a tooth issue (seeing the dentist tomorrow).

I would not have exceeded 4000mg every hours during this time. However, today I took 1000mg at 5am, 1000mg at 11am, 1000mg at 5pm, then another 1000mg at 7:30pm as I had forgotten about the 5pm dose. I did not take any more/none at 11pm which would have been my next dose.

Should I be concerned about taking 2000mg so close together?
