Compound heterozygous

Feeling overwhelmed as I just found out I’m compound heterozygous MTHFR (C677T and A1298C). Im still waiting for my data file so that I can analyze the other aspects. But I’m 30F always struggled with my low Ferritin levels and other blood chemistry findings. Will need to get my homocysteine checked this week. Feeling glad that I figured out the root of my problems but also very anxious. Any insights?
