Enlarged red blood cells

Hi all,
I had a full blood panel done and it resulted in me finding out that my red blood cells are enlarged (macrocytosis). When I looked up the causes, the one that stood out was that anti-seizure medication can cause it. I’m on lamictal, which treats bipolar mood swings… and also seizures. If it’s happened to you, can you share your experience? I know that meds will eventually wear on your body, but I didn’t think I would see it at 30.
