acne after tonsillectomy?

i got my tonsils out almost two months ago and less than a month after my surgery i started having random acne? ive had clear skin my entire life and ever since the surgery ive had pimples all over my chin and my forehead? the only part i dont understand is why its still happening when im two months post op.
