Me 13M has a crush on a girl 14F

I have had a crush on this girl for a while now but I don't know what to do about it. We knew each other for around 6 months and she once asked for my number although at the time I had no phone number. So I had to reject her while explaining that to her. It has been a while and we talk everyday at school although it's less of a genuine conversation and more of me joking around with others around me and she finds it funny and tells me a short story maybe or just adds on to the joke. Anyways I don't have her number and need to ask her for it (which I'm confident she will give me) and here's the question. How do I make a move like do I ask to hangout or go on a date? Do I admit my crush on her and then ask for a date or not tell her until a couple hangouts? What should I expect from the relationship (hugs, no hugs,meet the parents, etc.)?
