Second pre-term baby

No snark on the babies or the mom, but having a second pre-term that has to go to the NICU due to not being able to breathe is genetic? I think she said c's case was not genetic, I hope their baby girl is healthy but if there was any chance of genetic that was not fair to have baby #2...
