he's not exactly a psychopath, but it's quite easy for him to not feel for someone if he knows bad things they've done.

Some info about him:

on the surface, Waylon Demarco is just another upstanding, kind Louisiana man. not a soul on god's green earth could possibly suspect any kind of foul play from him.

but to be frank, he's a cannibal and a serial killer.

considering it's the early 1930s, formal wear is a must. usually wears a white dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up, a blue waistcoat with silver buttons, a solid blue necktie held in place with a silver tie clip, brown slacks and black dress shoes.

you may wonder why he has long hair if you know about history. it's the 1930's after all, most men had short, slicked back haircuts. this is because Waylon is a very eccentric man, and prefers long hair so he can stand out in a crowd. despite this, he keeps himself very well put together.

enjoys late night walks, goes to church regularly, and attends regular get-togethers with other rich men. those he deems 'worthy' are marked as one of his victims, and he never forgets a face.

he runs a tailor shop too, btw.
