I feel like I’m financially drowning

Debt

I am a 22 year-old female. I just moved to a different state to live with my dad and go to school, back home I had a great job I was able to afford everything I needed. I live in Florida now and it seems like it’s impossible to afford anything here. Jobs don’t want to hire me and the pay is awful. I got a part-time job at a grocery store and it is very demanding on my body. I am constantly lifting heavy things every day walking constantly it is exhausting. I only make $16.25 an hour. I have some credit card debt and I just had to take out loans for school. My career field is very promising. It is going to take me a couple years before I can graduate. My sister told me I was making a mistake moving here and she might’ve been right. I do not feel like myself. I wake up having panic attacks. I’m trying to convince myself that this is just a hard transitional period since I’ve never moved this far away from home before I am trying to stay thankful and pray to God, but I am very overwhelmed with my finances.
