WES problems

Hi, if anybody can send some help, I need help regarding World Education Services (WES) applications. I applied last month/very early this month to WES as recommended by the university I am applying to. I have applied and sent my requirements as needed thru my former alma mater weeks ago. The dashboard however still indicates that they haven't received my documents. I unfortunately encountered their poor customer service from countless emails, Messenger follow ups, even thru the cspriority@wes.org email. I have been unsuccessful in getting proper updates & answers. I even tried sending NACES an inquiry thru their "Contact Us" page yesterday but no replies so far.

Can I ask for any other advice that I can do to expedite my application & any help to remediate my situation? My only requirement for my post graduate application that's been delayed is my WES Report. I really need the help🙏 thanks in advance!😊
