Looking for People Who Put Humans Before Technology

Team Forming

Looking for people who genuinely want to do something meaningful not just money-driven.

I've been working in the IT industry for years, and lately I've reached a point where I don't want to spend the rest of my working life simply working for someone else's dreams.

I want to try building something of my own.

But I'm quite new to this space. I haven't built a business or startup before. I'm still figuring things out, but I'm willing to put in the effort, learn, experiment, fail, try again, and grow with the right people.

What I'm really looking for is a community of genuine people who want to make a good difference in other people's lives.

People who are humble, good-hearted, curious, determined, and have a growth mindset.

People who are willing to race multiple times together fail together, learn together, and keep going together.

I'm not looking to chase money as the primary goal. I don't want to advertise or sell something to people simply because we'll profit from it. I want to genuinely believe that the person on the other side is better off because of what we're creating.

I believe that if the intention is good, the problem is real, and we genuinely create value for people, monetization can eventually follow.

Money can be an outcome. It shouldn't be the motive.

And I'm particularly interested in people more than technology.

My belief system is quite simple:

Humans first. Technology second.

Technology should help us make human lives better. Technology itself shouldn't be the reason we build something.

I have a couple of very early ideas at the moment:

🌱 1. Making plants a part of everyday life

Something around connecting nurseries, making plants more accessible, and encouraging people to have plants at home. Not simply selling plants, but making it easier for people to actually experience the benefits of having them.

👵 2. A YouTube channel/community for older people

So much of today's digital content is designed around younger audiences. But older people have their own needs, interests, questions, loneliness, experiences and stories.

I'd love to explore creating something genuinely useful and enjoyable for them.

But honestly, I don't know yet whether either of these is the right idea.

And I'm completely open to discovering something else together.

What matters more to me is finding the right people.

I believe when like-minded people come together with good intentions, better ideas emerge and better outcomes follow.

So I'm looking for people who are more interested in creating a positive impact than simply creating a profitable business.

You don't need to be a founder or have built a company before. I haven't either.

Maybe you're a content creator, researcher, designer, community builder, someone who works with older people, someone connected to environmental initiatives, or simply someone who thinks deeply about human problems.

I'm not looking to immediately form a company, raise funding, or chase growth.

I'd simply like to find a few thoughtful people who want to brainstorm, experiment, learn and potentially build something meaningful together.

I've spent 10 years in IT working for other people's dreams.

I'd like to spend some time figuring out what is worth building together with people who share the same values.

If this resonates with you, feel free to DM me.
