It’s falling apart.

My mom is in end stage renal failure and today we found out she has blood cancer on top of it all. I am an only child with no family. In April I lost my baby and my reproductive organs due to medical negligence. I would’ve been due on 10/29. My 30th birthday is in two weeks and I genuinely don’t know if I have the strength to carry on. I’m so tired.
