Looking for Sublease Tenant

We are looking to sublease our apartment at BJB Evanston Apartments 1900 Oakton Park Ridge

Reason: We are buying a house and moving out after Halloween.

The unit is in very good condition, with in-unit laundry and a nice neighborhood. Our contract runs until June 2027.
