Definite lore spoilers ahead if you haven’t finished Eshes friendship quest I guess. Will try and tag them but read at your own risk.

I put off Eshes friendship quest for so long because she just kind of annoyed me. But I finally got around to finishing it last week. And I was chatting with her today as you do. Only to find out her plan was to rule with Kenyara?!? I can’t remember who in town said there was a rumour they used to date. But I assumed that was Kenyatta spreading BS. But to find out my girl is the textbook definition of comphet. 😂

I already kinda started to feel for her cause her husbands a bumbling idiot. But NO WONDER she’s pissed all the time.

Devs, I BEG YOU. When we finally meet the Duchess of Bahari you better explore this further.

Does anyone else have strong feelings on this or am I reading too much into a silly little game?
