high chance i get 2 bs my first semester of college

bro i was sick and i couldnt take the exam and the teacher said no make up exams in the syllabus but if I do get two Bs how bad is this like should i just consider a diff career atp idk ive never gotten a B before and its college so I'm just weighing out my options all my cousins have never failed ever in college and my parents keep telling me that bc i got two bs i should just switch because they think nursing schools wont even consider me. Are they right? They might be right
