Got different ages on different acounts when using face scan

I was unsure of if the face scan would work correctly and I tested it out on a acount I use less, and It guessed correctly 16-17 but then when did it on my main account it was 13-14, I did it directly after the first, so I don't understand why it was different.

Is there any way to contact roblox to make both the same or would I just have to use ID if I wanted to have it on my main account?? because I'm definitely not doing that.
