Any Reddit Policy experts in here? What’s your best tip you want to share with others?

Our original subreddit was closed by Reddit. We were never given a specific reason, but after looking into it, it seems the likely issue was that many of our posts included links to our main website.

I’m still not entirely sure why that would result in the subreddit being closed, and unfortunately Reddit Support never responded to our multiple questions and appeals about the previous subreddit.

We genuinely want to be part of the Reddit community and contribute here, rather than just use Reddit for promotion. At the same time, it’s been difficult to understand where the line is — especially when posts can apparently be filtered or hidden automatically without any clear explanation.

We’re trying to figure out how to participate here in a way that follows Reddit’s rules and is actually useful to the community. Any advice from experienced Redditors or moderators would be appreciated.
