Initial Proposal for +,- Subway System

##THIS IS JUST A PROPOSAL

I am proposing a subway-like system for the +,- quadrant. This would differ from the CIC and such in that it would all be usable by chestcarts, totally public for use, and would connect to as many of even the smallest cities in the +,- or just places of interest.

I have drawn up a VERY VERY VERY rough draft of what I am thinking, and would like everyone's input on what they feel is better/worse, what is good, and what can be improved upon. This has nothing to do with the design of the rails themselves, or the stations. Simply where to place them.

Now, for a little "key" since there are lots of colors and such:

Black circle/White inside: Current "Stop" - no transfers.

Black circle/Red inside: Current "Stop" - Transfers to other rails here.

Black line: Current railway.

Black circle/Yellow inside: Currently-private rail, might become public (LBC)

Yellow line: Current railway - unusable either because it's private or incomplete

Blue line: CIC/International Rails - currently built but not under the auspices of the subway system

Black circle/Pink inside: Planned rail station, can be transfer or not - status of that is unknown currently.

Pink line: Planned rail line. Will still take suggestions, but this has been approved by a few people (not just myself).

Black circle/Green inside: Proposed rail station.

Green line: Proposed rail line.

Especially on the green lines I am looking for input. I don't want to build all of them, but I am looking for ideas on what people want, and where they want to go via rail. Remember, this isn't for long-distance and uninterrupted travel. This is a subway system for quick travel to ANYWHERE in the +,-, as such we need these stations/rails to get close to just about any location of interest.

Please give your suggestions and propose your own rails by adding on to, or subtracting from my image.
