Announcing: University of Fellowship @ Hexagon

Groundbreaking shall take place in around a week on this project. It will be on canal level, and I will try and build one in Orion and maybe even Carbon in the coming months as well, of course with permission from those towns' leaders.

I would like to begin taking book donations and book supplies donations ASAP, starting tomorrow.

I will be following the theme of the Hexagon (netherbrick, stone brick, etc.) so if you would be so kind as to donate materials to this project that would be nicely.
