The crumb is a little more like a sandwich bread than what I'd expect from an English muffin. They rose a lot, but didn't develop those big air pockets. Tasty fresh and hot from the oven, yes! But I feel like I accidentally made pan-fried dinner rolls instead.

Oh, nice! I forgot those things existed! They look good, even if they are a bit denser than expected. :)
