as it turns out, 151 is a prime number and coincidentally, the other code, for the number artifact, is also a prime number; it is 19 in decimal
Numbers (Green artifact):
RT RT RT LT RT RT LT LT = 00010011 = 19 the 8th prime number.
19 is the number of non intersecting circles in the "flower of life" which Metatron's Cube is derived from (13 circles, "HER SACRED GEOMETRY")
Age is a list of primes inside a hexagon, if you google "prime hexagon" you land on the wikipage that links directly to the page with Metatron's Cube.
Now really to be honest this is a stretch, I mean why wouldn't Phil have just made it be 13? I think I'm seeing more than what is there for the Number cube. I do believe its related to Age in that its prime, but I haven't gotten the logic down just yet.
the main focus of this post is the Letter Artifact
Considering we have a list of primes as a soundtrack image, I thought this warranted further investigation, so I googled the number 151 and learned some interesting things:
22 "Majesty"
The wikipedia page for the number 151 points out that 151 is the English Gematria (A = 1, B = 2, C = 3, Z = 26 etc) of "Jesus Christ". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/151_(number)#In_other_fields
JC is the soundtrack image for track 22 "Majesty" (the 2nd image after Age in the composite image) and is crucified on top of a polyhedral net of a hypercube. (a hyper cube which is an 8 cell 4d shape, represented as cubes in 3d space). From what I've read Metatrons cube is very similar if not synonymous with a hypercube.
All the lines in a Hyper Cube exist in a Metatron's Cube which is made from 13 circles or the 5 Platonic solids.
13 Fear
I also learned that 151 is the 36th prime (6 * 6), is it coincidence that the digits of 36 are the 2 missing numbers in the soundtrack image for 13 "Fear" (the 3rd image after Age)?

considering we're working backwards, We have to find a way to arrive at 151, we can't start from there you know? because 151 is like 1 step before the tangible solution lol. 36 fill that gap. there are literally an infinite amount of prime numbers. so we wouldn't know where to start, we wouldn't know we only needed prime numbers less than 256. 36 would be that starting point.
Heres why I think Fear = 36:
when in Fez has the blank square actually even been used as a 0? I can't think of any time it was used as 0. None of the numbers were higher than 10 which had its own character. the only time I can recall it meaning 0 was when it was referencing a 0 dimensional universe in the classrooms, where the game was showing you how to count. 0d to 1d to 2d to 3d etc.. But afaik you never actually use 0. Its like their number system didn't have a concept of it. maybe this is what Phil was counting on when designing the puzzle?
04 Progress
"Progress", we now know is 256 seconds long thanks to an innocent question posed by u/Rectus_Technica
256 is a extremely significant number in computing and in Fez lore.
256 = 8 bits or 8^2, it is the maximum value that can be stored in an 8 bit address.
I initially thought that 04 Progress image was a picture of one of the sides of a completed golden cube, which made sense after all; a golden cube is 8 [cube] bits, so it makes sense for the picture one should to be in the song that is 8 bits long right? After all you Progress by collecting these cube bits?
well the little problem here -- the problem is that the face of a golden cube would have to be the the same image as the left side of a number cube:

but it's not; its actually a picture of the alphabet symbol for P/J/W/D... but that got me thinking. the letter is tilted 45 degrees. why? Is it supposed to be a heart? no same problem and the fractal piece is misplaced..so it must be tilted for at least 2 reasons.

give credit where credit is due, thanks to u/Supersaiyan_IV for this idea. He had noticed that track 23 "Continuum" image fits in the front side of a Dodecahedron, which is one of the 5 platonic solids, the building blocks of a Metatron's Cube.
and I thought well what if the other images fit on the faces of platonic solids? This one obviously fits on a hexahedron aka cube, which naturally led me to thinking: Writing Artifact.
Then I remembered the Classroom...
The classroom numbers added together = 64,
we know that the Hexahedron is 64 cubes total,
we know 32 of them are anti cubes
we know 32 of them are gold
and we know that 16 of those gold cubes are shattered
and we know that there are 128 shards/cube bits.
and then right beside them we see the polyhedral net of the number cube.
But that's not all look what I discovered today:

the image-name for the hexahedron is "WTF013.jpg"
the 04 Progress ST image is the character for W. If you look at the letter artifact so that W is on top in the same orientation and perspective as the Progress image - then W T and F are all visible faces.
the same is true of the number artifact. 0 1 and 3 are all adjacent faces when you apply the same exact rotations. I know this because I have recreated them in 3d and rotated them simultaneously.
W face = 1 (u shape)
T face = 3 (elbow shape)
F face = 0

Conclusion
21: Age - look for a prime, prime numbers are important
next
22: Majesty - 151 just so happens to be the 36th prime, if Jesus Christ was a number it'd be 151.

04: Progress - letter cube, 256 seconds long = 8 bits, make 151 into 8 bits.

Idk how much of this is reading into it or not.
I also don't know how one is supposed to even guess that you can dissolve the heart...
But I think I solved 1/2 of how you are supposed to get the Heart Disintegration.
