Mod to remove the 'clinking' of chainmail?

It appears this game does have a modding community, so maybe there is an answer to this. Is there any mod or something to remove or lessen the 'clinking' sound of armor such as chainmail? Just because it is getting increasingly annoying to hear with every step. I did a little searching for mods but couldn't find one for this, any help?
