Affliction Lock 1v2 Arenas

So how much of this is your friends skill / gear and how much of it is his opponents lack of skill / gear?
Probably a combination of both... I've run probably 500-800 1v2 matches in the last month and I find a few things to be the largest problem most people have:
Not knowing which person to target. I queue with my raf account and he just sits there in a corner but they will try to kill him instead of me, as if he is suddenly going start dpsing after standing still for 2 mins straight. Idiotic mistakes really top the list for people that lose, and when they tunnel vision the afk target I win almost 100% of the time. As a matter of fact I can always tell when I'm fighting someone decent because they wait to open me (hunter) and stay on me the whole time.
Not knowing when to los, if you have ranged single target heavy hitting dps on you with no heals, LoS. It really screws up the flow for the dps.
Not peeling for your partner. Im on your partner and he cant move or get away from me? CC / peel / dispell, its really that easy, he then has to be smart enough to los me of course.
Not knowing when to trinket, not dispelling ccs that are dispellable. Especially the second one here. So many times have I seen ret pallies tunnel vision while their partner is in an freezing trap...
Gear, most players are fairly decently geared even in the lower brackets 800-1000 MMR, I very rarely see players with sub 450k health, most are north of 500k, but occassionally I see people with like 370k or whatnot, and they dont realize how fast they are going to die if they get caught out in the open usually. Of course, 9 time out of ten they are with a geared partner carrying them, so these are usually more like 1v1 matches.
