[LF] Any Modest Synchronizer [FT] Trophy shiny Ferroseed

[shiny]

I need any pokemon with the ability Synchronize, and a Modest nature. Higher level the better.

Ferroseed is a Friend Safari shiny, 31 IVs in SpD and Spe

I need this in my Y game, so my IGN will be Caulder. Same FC, but flairbot won't let me put both of my IGNs in my flair.
