[shiny] Hi there, I have some competitively viable shinies for trade and I'm looking for 1-2 Celebis(maybe 3) for each based on how high/low their missing stat is. They're also mostly in pretty balls.

If you're gonna offer torchics, the ratio will be 3:1, so you can get multiple shinies for torchics, I guess.
