One beep, yes video, no boot

Everything was working fine, but after a dirty reboot, the computer now refuses to boot up. I get the ASUS splash screen that says "Please press DEL to enter UEFI BIOS settings", and my keyboard numlock lights up, but it seems to be stuck here and pressing DEL or any of the F buttons does nothing. The caps lock and scroll lock lights don't toggle either. It just stays on the splash screen. There is one beep.

I've tried reseating the RAM and video card to no avail. I've tried multiple times to pull out the power cord and hold the power button, but the issue persists. Help me please, o tech support gods.

Mobo: Asus M5A97 (BIOS was previously upgraded to support the newer CPU)

CPU: AMD FX8320

GPU: Gigabyte GTX460

RAM: Corsair XMS3 4GBx2 1600MHz

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

Try running with the bare essentials.

Holy shit this worked. I pulled out my Ethernet cable and non-mouse/KB USB cables and I'm in the BIOS now.

Thank you! Don't know why I didn't do this earlier! How did you know? Google? (lol)
