Hypeday Week 6! Possibly last week of rule-breaking [Spoilers]

So, as some of you may or may not know from reading the rules, specifically rule 10, these weekly contests have actually been illegal by all means. Thus, before anything else, I'd like to issue a formal apology to the whole sub for setting a weird double-standard of what's allowed and what isn't, and for breaking the rules. I hope y'all would accept my apology and forgive me and my contests.

That being said, we the mod team have planned some changes to be made to amend rule 10, not for my sake, but for the sake of allowing a more fun and casual atmosphere on this sub. I won't give any spoilers, as u/cryophantom would be able to tell you guys all about it soon.

Finally, as usual, here is the pre-emptive post to the challenges. They will be revealed in 50 minutes at 7pm EST. Good luck folks!

######HOENN REMAKES CONFIRMED- LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOO

1. (Difficulty: ♫ ♫ | Reward: 1 Hoenn breedable RNG of winner's choice) TRUMPETS! What was the best most distinguishable feature about Hoenn soundtracks? The epic amounts of trumpets in them! Here are four personal favorites from the Hoenn region that feature some pretty nice trumpet compositions. Your challenge is to determine what songs they are, and where they are played. Track 1, Track 2, Track 3 and Track 4. These are not editted this week, so as to preserve the majestic nature of the tracks. To win: You must get all four together in order to win the glorious trumpet title. When you win, you may choose any Hoenn breedable to be RNG'd to your taste by yours truly. Or, if you're a pro RNG'er and don't need my services, you can also choose to take a Celebi instead. 5th gen game required to claim RNG, or I can hold it until gen 6 pokecheck. 2. (Difficulty: ♫ ♫ ♫ ♫ ♫ | Reward: Latias or Latios) I'd make a better Gym Leader The Hoenn gym leaders had some pretty badass teams, from Juan's cool Water team, to Winona's graceful Flying team. But you can do better than that right? Using only Hoenn exclusive Pokemon, create a monotype team of 6 pokemon, and prove your worth against the other Hoenn leaders by defeating them at the Pokemon World Tournament in Unova at any 3 out of the 4 tournament styles- Single, Double, Triple and Rotation by using the same team for the whole challenge. You may change the movesets of your team to prepare them for different styles, but the Pokemon themselves must remain. Remember, monotype team means all the pokemon on your team must share 1 common type with the others. Secondary types are fine. (Model them after the leaders' teams here). B2/W2 game required to win. To win: Post 3 screenshots of you on the screen with your name on the victory screen in the background with the confetti falling everywhere after you win the tournament, including your reddit handle. Also, Post the team that you won with. I will not be checking whether or not you actually used a Hoenn team, so it'll be on your conscience to satisfy that criteria! 3. (Difficulty: ♫ ♫ ♫ | Reward: 2 Hoenn Breedable RNG's of winner's choice) X/Y's got nothing on us! Create a team of Hoenn only pokemon, and defeat the Kalos Elite 4 and champion. Any non-legendary pokemon may participate, including pseudo-legends, so create whatever team you feel fits this challenge. This may either be really easy, or really exciting, it's your choice! To win, post a picture of your team at the hall of fame with your reddit nickname in the picture~ Like before, you may choose to replace the 2 RNG's with 2 Celebi. WINNER: u/Rodnazics

4. (Difficulty: ????? | Reward: 2 Hoenn Breedable RNG's of winner's choice) The Best Base Ever This is an artistic challenge. Use the Secret base simulator to create an awesome secret base as if you would in a R/S/E game! Post a screenshot of your finished base, and post it below. To everyone reading, including participants, please feel free to browse through the submitted hidden base, and if you like their base, comment "Vote" or something similar on their post. Whoever has the most votes at the end of the day (5 hours later, 12pm EST) wins! To the submitters, you may want to experiment with the different base layouts. And when uploading a picture, you might want to zoom in a bit. WINNER: u/planetarial with a grand total of... 6 votes?

5. (Difficulty: ♫ ♫ ♫ | Reward: 1 Hoenn Breedable RNG of winner's choice) The Mach Race It wouldn't be a Gen 3 celebration week without doing something in R/S/E, so now for an ingame challenge. Emulators are ALLOWED. Speed down Route 110 on the Seaside Cycling road using the timer. Post the best time and # of collisions as a picture below with your reddit handle next to it, (or embedded on the screenshot). Whoever has the fastest time and least number of collisions at the end of the day wins! Challenge ends at 12pm EST. Collisions will count as penalty by adding 1 second per collision. Thus, a person with 10 seconds and 0 collisions will win against someone with 9.5 seconds and 1 collision. Current leader: u/Rodnazics

6. Bonus- If somebody manages to win more than 3 of the 5 challenges, then he will be deemed the true Hoenn champion, and will receive an additional prize of Shiny Rayquaza, ruler of the Hoenn skies. Incomplete.
