[LF] Ability Capsules! || [FT] Onhand Perfect 5IVs with EMs

EDIT: I should have enough capsules for now, but still trying to get rid of these - open to other 5IV offers!
Looking to get rid of some of my current stock, and as it happens I'm in need of a few ability capsules right now! Also open to other offers (4 EM males or females in special/bank balls)!

I can trade 3 5IVs per capsule, hopefully that's fair! I'll consider 6IV and the female Turtwig as 2 5IVs.
If we trade, I'd appreciate a comment on my reference below - link me yours and I'd be glad to do the same for you!

For offers of other 5IVs, these are what I already have, so please don't offer them!
Thanks for looking!
